Chris Cameron – Chairman of Judging Panel and Wine Judge
Chris Cameron is the Chief Winemaker of Pepper Tree Wines. He has been working in the wine industry, both as a winemaker and as a wine marketer since 1976. His wines have received awards and trophies both nationally and internationally. Chris operates his own wine consultancy company called Wineworkz Pty Ltd with numerous local and international clients. He won the prestigious Jimmy Watson Memorial Trophy in 2001.

Rob Geddes, MW – Wine Judge
After starting his wine industry career in the vineyards of the Clare Valley in the 70s, Rob was only the 3rd Australian to pass the rigorous IMW exams and become a Master of Wine.
He bought and redeveloped WineStream - a specialist wine-industry media-relations and marketing consultancy at the end of 2003, after 25 years in the wine industry as an educator, researcher, marketer and broadcaster with the ABC.
Other milestones in his career were becoming the founding executive of the Wines of the Riverina Promotion Committee and judging numerous Australian & International wine shows. |

Sherryl Sherson – Associate Judge
Sherryl Sherson is the proprietor of The Wine Boutique, a Wollongong based wholesale license specializing in Australian boutique wines. She also has a focus on wine education teaching at regional TAFE Institutes and WEA. Sherryl’s vision and desire for the future of wine education in the Illawarra is to serve the burgeoning wine regions of the Shoalhaven Coast and the Southern Highlands. |
